Days 8–21
Collect what already exists and log it as it arrives: date, location, owner. Some of what you counted as missing usually turns out to exist somewhere.
Days 22–45
Close the highest-priority gaps: finish the policies and have them signed and dated honestly — never backdated, write the management-system scope, produce the year’s KPIs.
Days 46–70
Close the second tier. Get lapsed certificates re-issued and chase the scope pages for the ones you hold.
Days 71–85
Walk the register end to end against the common failures. Fix dates, scopes and missing denominators.
Days 86–90
Assemble and submit. Keep the register: next year’s assessment starts from it, not from scratch.

It cannot invent evidence
We do not conduct audits, award scores or certify anything. The pack organises and drafts your evidence; it cannot invent evidence you don’t have. It shows you exactly what is missing.

It is not legal advice, and policies it drafts should be reviewed by the person accountable for them before signature.

What exactly do I get?
A PDF evidence pack built from your answers: every evidence slot your assessment expects, marked on file, partial or missing; a ranked list of what to fix first; four evidence requests grouped by who holds the documents; the 90-day plan; and interview preparation by role. The sample runs to 21 pages.
What if it doesn’t find anything wrong?
Then you don’t pay. If the pack doesn’t surface at least three gaps specific to your company, the card payment is refunded in full. The gaps are listed in the pack itself, so whether it found three is something you can count.
Will this get us a better EcoVadis score?
We can’t promise a score, and nobody honest can: the rating is decided by the rating agency alone, and its scoring weights are not published. What the pack does is make sure the evidence you have is found, dated and in order, and that you know exactly what is missing.
Does it work for SMETA as well as EcoVadis?
Yes. Every slot is cross-referenced to the SMETA pillars, and the interview preparation covers the questions a SMETA auditor asks on site.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Ask by email and we invoice after scoping. Nothing is owed until your order is confirmed in writing.
